Cancellation and amendment policies differ based on the type of booking and the notice given. For precise information, please consult your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement. Charges may apply for late cancellations or no-shows, impacting your overall rental experience in Stockton-on-Tees.
7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited uses for rental vehicle:
- The vehicle must not be used for any unlawful activities, including racing, rallying, or off-roading. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting or permitting unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. The vehicle should only be used for its intended purposes, without exceeding passenger or weight limits.
